What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning, product enablement, customer education, and adoption initiatives for complex clinical, technical, or SaaS products, partnering across Product, Clinical Operations, Customer Success, IT, and subject-matter experts.

At ConcertAI, I led end-to-end training and enablement for five oncology clinical trial SaaS products, including two new product launches. I built curricula, training requirements, and competency assessments ahead of product availability to support client readiness at launch.

I delivered 80+ client and internal training sessions, maintained readiness across approximately 15 releases, and created guides, eLearning, videos, and job aids for independent workflow support. I also surfaced UX, data-transparency, and data-quality issues through training and testing, partnering with Product and Customer Success to drive action.

Before ConcertAI, I was promoted from Nurse Researcher to Project Manager at Allina Health Cancer Institute, supporting 20+ Phase I–IV oncology trials. I led operational improvements including a monitor visit tracker and the transition to Florence Healthcare eBinders, while training research staff and maintaining investigational-product compliance.

My foundation in learning and development includes designing and facilitating 300+ programs at Wells Fargo and administering LMS operations for 600+ training activities. I bring clinical research, nursing, product enablement, and practical learning strategy together to make complex work easier to adopt.
