I’m seeking a Director, Learning & Development role where I can build an enterprise learning function, bring a practical, people-first approach to AI-enabled learning, and develop leadership and manager programs with executive support and frontline adoption.

At MJHS HEALTH SYSTEM / ELDERPLAN HOMEFIRST, I lead enterprise learning programs across care management, utilization management, quality, home care, hospice, and health plan operations. I delivered virtual orientation for 416 new hires in 2025 and expanded the Summer Internship by 123% with a fuller experience spanning orientation, feedback, closeout, and recognition.

I also developed practical Copilot prompts, job aids, and exercises for leaders and staff, contributing to month-over-month utilization gains of 25.5% and 39%. Before MJHS, I worked in clinical education and care at VNS HEALTH, where I led an eight-week certification preparation course with an 85%+ pass rate and mentored nursing students.
