Built and operates an independent clinical AI consulting practice with full project ownership from scoping through client delivery and post-launch refinement. Designed and implemented LLM-based intake, education, and documentation workflows and produces client proposals/SOWs while managing client relationships through follow-up.

Served on the national nursing management team responsible for onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and operational quality consistency across 30+ clinic sites. Conducted clinical audits to drive compliance and documentation accuracy, led corrective action planning, and supported redesign of referral workflows to reduce administrative errors.
