What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead healthcare technology and AI-enabled clinical workflow implementations where documentation quality, adoption, and compliance matter—partnering with frontline clinicians and stakeholders to deliver go-lives, stabilize post-live, and measurably improve care operations.

I’m a clinical operations leader, Registered Nurse, and Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of experience spanning bedside care, health system administration, provider-level practice, and multiple state EHR deployments. I bring clinical documentation perspective from both the RN and NP standpoint—accountable for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness—and I’m driven by building trusted partnerships from frontline teams to executive leadership.

Currently, I run my independent consulting practice with full project ownership—from initial scoping through delivery and post-live refinement. I design and build AI-enabled intake, education, and documentation workflows using large language models, and I lead go-live and post-live stabilization by training nursing and medical personnel in real clinical environments. Previously, I improved quality across 30+ clinic sites, built system-wide competency programs for 800+ staff, and served as a lead clinical informatics analyst/SME during EHR implementations—translating clinical requirements into build specifications, executing testing plans, and driving adoption with transparency and accountability.
