At Mayo Clinic, I build and facilitate learning for nurses, preceptors, managers, and administrative staff—from onboarding through annual competency validation.
I manage the Preceptor Role Development curriculum end to end, using ADDIE to create SCORM-compliant Articulate 360 content and quality-check courses for accessibility, navigation, and clarity.
I designed and evaluated an Advanced Preceptor Simulation for 37 RNs, achieving statistically significant gains in self-efficacy and role enjoyment and 100% participant satisfaction. I also create just-in-time health education microlearnings in Vyond.
Previously, I administered SAP SuccessFactors, trained colleagues to build enrollment and completion reports, resolved learning-access issues, and restructured more than 1,000 Annual Preceptor Survey data points into a more efficient reporting tool.
