I am a passionate and dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Disability and Rehabilitation Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. My experience spans various roles, including management and customer service, where I have honed my skills in communication, organization, and client relations. Currently, I work as a Disability and Rehabilitation Paraprofessional at Greater Accra Regional Hospital, where I assist with physiotherapy sessions and analyze neurodevelopment data in the pediatric department.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. My role as a Customer Advisor at CONCENTRIX Webhelp has further enhanced my ability to manage multichannel interactions and respond effectively to customer needs.
