My experience as a Remote Coordinator for the International Model of United Nations honed my communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

In my role as a Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix Ghana, I took ownership of customer issues, troubleshooting problems and ensuring resolutions were met. I am proactive, trustworthy, and result-oriented, always striving to improve employer-client relations and deliver exceptional service.
