Previously I worked as a front office receptionist at The Beach Hotel and spent two years as a sales associate at Sneaker Factory, where I developed sales techniques and client service skills.

I am bilingual in English and Afrikaans (read, write & speak) and I leverage that ability to resolve inquiries and build rapport with diverse customers.
