I've supported guests and customers across Brooklyn Meadow Hotel, Dash BPO, ICONTACT BPO, and Tyme Global Technologies, handling reservations, payments, bookings, complaints, and product orders.

At Tyme Global Technologies, I work as a reservationist and customer service representative, confirming and modifying bookings, processing payments, maintaining guest records, and resolving customer concerns. Previously at Dash BPO, I made hundreds of outbound calls weekly to help guests arrange delivery appointments before moving into chat and email customer support.

I've also sold gym memberships at OM Biokinetics, supported online orders and appliance setup at ICONTACT BPO, and upsold complementary products and specials. My experience includes active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, de-escalation, and clear written and verbal communication.
