What I'm looking for
I’m a content moderation professional focused on legal compliance and safety for online communities. At Task Us, I ensure the content on our platform follows our policies and standards that protect users and maintain trust.
I help improve and maintain security and community standards, and I work to strengthen content management strategy across different content types. I also coordinate with supervising departments to ensure content that violates policies is handled quickly and accurately.
Before that, I built strong customer-facing experience through roles at TDCX and Results CX, where I answered customer questions, resolved complaints, and supported order management. I also contributed to up-selling and cross-selling, and in some cases provided technical assistance and troubleshooting while maintaining accurate documentation.
I’ve also grown my marketing foundation through an internship at Icargo Technologies, supporting marketing planning, social media content creation, and engagement reporting. I later served as an event organizer and copywriter through the Philippine Junior Marketing Association, strengthening my partnership-building and communication skills.
