At Micron Technology, I install and maintain RHEL and Windows Server systems, support Red Hat OpenShift operations, and apply patches and preventative maintenance. I also use Ansible to maintain host configurations.
I support VMware, Nutanix, and storage environments, and manage Active Directory and Group Policy. I use PowerShell to automate tasks and support remote servers, alongside ServiceNow, Opsramp, and Splunk for support and monitoring.
Previously at Virginia Tech, I worked across IT operations, systems administration, and desktop support. My work included deploying VMware infrastructure, managing Windows and Linux systems, and supporting end users and IT teams.
