At AMD/Xilinx, I resolve 20–35 IT incidents weekly, prepare laptops for new hires, support Linux VDI, troubleshoot VPN and MFA issues, and keep conference-room technology operational. I also support endpoint users during quarterly IT Expo security checks and device performance tune-ups.
Previously at Rubrik, I enrolled more than 3,000 Windows and Mac devices in VMware Workspace ONE, automated laptop deployment through DEP, OOBE, and Autopilot, and managed endpoint security policies for FileVault, BitLocker, password management, and device restrictions. I've also administered Okta, deployed Bash and PowerShell scripts, managed enterprise applications, and supported L2/L3 endpoint escalations.
