I’m looking for a senior infrastructure role where I can lead virtualization and automation, strengthen security and compliance, and mentor technical teams—while partnering across IT to keep systems highly available and resilient.

I’m an experienced Senior System Administrator / Virtualization Engineer with a proven track record of troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving infrastructure platforms across diverse environments. I resolve escalated L3 incidents by diagnosing server, storage, and virtualization issues using Windows Server, ESXi, vCenter, and vSphere, and I deliver stability through automated backup and disaster recovery for virtual and physical environments.

I also lead modernization and security work—engineering group policy configurations and security baseline updates to improve compliance and streamline access management. From enterprise account and Active Directory administration to application deployment, hardware refreshes, and cloud integrations (e.g., Avaya IP Office, InTune upgrades, and monitoring/backup platforms), I mentor technical teams, pivot data cleansing efforts, and keep confidentiality, integrity, and availability at the center of my approach.
