What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead forecasting, pipeline, revenue operations, and GTM initiatives where I can partner with executives, improve data quality and visibility, enable sales teams, and build scalable processes that accelerate revenue growth.

I'm driving global forecasting and pipeline management at Oracle, partnering with the CEO's Office and business units worldwide on revenue planning, opportunity management, AI Agentic Selling, CPQ UI changes, and internal tool adoption.

Previously, I led Oracle Health forecast processes, deal reviews, funnel hygiene, and the launch of Sales Manager Central to streamline sales workflows. I also enabled sales teams through reporting, communications, onboarding, CRM enhancements, and pipeline-management best practices.

At CyberSells, I designed growth strategies targeting 10–15% year-over-year revenue growth and delivered executive dashboards, GTM advisory, tool implementations, reporting, and compensation plans for clients.

My earlier work at Kaseya and Motorola Solutions improved forecast accuracy by 30% and 50%, respectively, while supporting sales targets, quota models, financial reporting, and KPI-driven decision-making. I bring a finance foundation and practical experience turning complex operational data into actions that strengthen revenue performance.
