My background is a mix of EA, non-voice customer support, and a bit of marketing — which means I bring more to the table than just calendar management. I’ve supported busy founders across multiple companies simultaneously, managing inboxes end-to-end, building SOPs from scratch, coordinating vendors, drafting correspondence, and creating systems when there were absolutely none to start with. I don’t wait for things to break. I build the process that prevents it.
