I’m looking for an executive-level virtual assistant role where I can own inbox/calendar management, client follow-ups, onboarding, and day-to-day operations—supporting leaders with clear communication, reliable execution, and measurable reporting.

I can be your Executive Virtual Assistant—your behind-the-scenes support that keeps everything running smoothly while you focus on growth and big-picture decisions. I manage inboxes and calendars, handle follow-ups, and support day-to-day operations so nothing falls through the cracks.

In my recent experience, I managed the CEO’s inbox, calendar, and daily administrative operations. I also handled lead generation and client follow-ups across email and social, scheduled appointments, coordinated meetings, and supported client onboarding and payment processing. I oversaw social media communication, prepared KPI reports and administrative documentation, and assisted with screening, training, support, and payroll for new virtual assistants.

I’ve also delivered strong client and customer support while managing marketing-focused tasks. I created greeting card designs and marketing materials using Canva, handled Shopify product listings and inventory updates, managed social media, responded to inquiries via email and website chat, and supported blog content and basic content management.

Earlier roles rounded out my administrative and customer-service foundation. I assisted marketing and reporting needs, conducted online research and marketing analysis, supported campaign planning and execution, and maintained organized records and client communications. I’ve supervised retail operations, trained and onboarded staff, coordinated with suppliers for inventory updates, and supported sales teams with order fulfillment, inventory reporting, reconciliation sheets, proposals, contracts, and other administrative documentation.
