I’m looking for a fast-paced virtual environment where I can support executives and customers end-to-end—using strong calendar management, confidential communication, and problem-solving—to exceed expectations and keep projects on time.

I’m a multifaceted virtual assistant helping business owners across office administration, customer communications, and event planning. I love calendar management and keeping client support running smoothly—100% of the time, while meeting deadlines.

In my recent role as an Executive Assistant/Business Support Coordinator, I supported a CEO by handling email management, customer service inquiries, calendar management, and social media. I also use email and messaging platforms to regulate business communication so customers and partners receive the best support.

Before that, I worked as a Customer Service Agent for an agency supporting 500+ e-commerce brands. I handled daily tickets across voice and non-voice channels (chat, email, and phone), covering customer queries, complaints, requests, orders, and order/product questions.
