Prior to my current position, I honed my customer service skills as a Server and Bartender at The Wellwood and Applebee's. These roles allowed me to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and deliver exceptional service to customers. I take pride in my ability to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels, which I believe are crucial for any successful team.
