I've supported customers, handled complaints, and driven sales follow-ups at 3G Mega Firm, MCAF Skin Care, and Nicks Event Planner.

At 3G Mega Firm, I attended to customers by phone, WhatsApp, and in person, provided product information, maintained customer records, and supported lead follow-ups for the sales team. At MCAF Skin Care, I managed orders and inquiries, resolved complaints, encouraged repeat purchases, and tracked customer data in Google Sheets.

I also promoted event-planning services at Nicks Event Planner, handling client inquiries, proposals, bookings, and after-event follow-up. My teaching experience strengthened my communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with diverse learners and parents.

I'm passionate about helping customers succeed with technology products and use WhatsApp Business, Intercom, email, live chat, and phone support to build positive customer relationships. I've also created customer-support templates and a Google Sheets tracker for onboarding, follow-up, and complaint resolution.
