For 32 years, I’ve been delivering IT and telecom projects that cannot fail. I step in where infrastructure needs to change: I assess the current state, design the solution and lead implementation through to results, on time, on budget, and with IT speaking the language of decision-makers.

→ BRL 27M, zero RPO and RTO: SAP carve-out of CCPR from Itambé, with two active-active data centers and migration to SAP HANA.
→ 17 sites in 12 months: network, telecom and security overhaul at CCPR, the foundation for revenue growth from BRL 1.5B to BRL 2B in 6 months.
→ World first: IBM Power8 platform for SAP HANA at FCA (Fiat Chrysler), integrating Brazil, the US and Italy.
→ BRL 20M+ in mission-critical solutions at IBM, with C-level relationships at ArcelorMittal, Cemig, Fiat, Copasa, Unimed-BH and Prodemge.
My perspective comes from all three sides of the table: operations (Fiat, Oi, Magnesita, Biomedical), vendors (IBM, Century, and partnerships with Apple, SAP, Ingram Micro and TD Synnex), and entrepreneurship, as founder of Fargotech.
