● Extensive experience in project management, acting strategically in team leadership, planning and execution, from scope definition to final delivery, within established deadlines and budget.
● Experience in managing the areas of Network Operation Center (NOC), Infrastructure, Operations, Technical Support and Telephony, including monitoring of indicators and cost analysis.
● Expertise in planning and monitoring network, infrastructure and telecommunications projects, always seeking meet customer demands, whether internal or external, and ensuring adherence to the scope and budget.
● Competence in implementing quality control processes, developing improvement action plans, seeking operational efficiency.
● Communication skills, establishing strong relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, end users and team members.
● Ability to provide regular updates on project progress, efficiently troubleshoot issues, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
● Experience in monitoring indicators, targets and strategic KPIs, as well as monitoring the budget (CAPEX and OPEX), with a focus on proposing and implementing organizational improvements.
● Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
