At 7LAN / 7LINK Telecom, I lead the Private 5G infrastructure program for Smart Rio, coordinating professionals across engineering, NOC, field services and vendors. I integrated cloud-hosted monitoring, network-management and video-management platforms, giving the NOC end-to-end visibility of service health and event response.
Across 50 pilot sites, I validated 99.5% service availability and latency below 20 ms, meeting acceptance criteria and securing approval for the expansion phase. I also built the executive decision framework for cost, risk and value; the approved phased hybrid model avoided about 20% in CAPEX versus full replacement.
Previously, as Senior Manager, Technology, Infrastructure & Operations at Unitel S.A., I owned operations for infrastructure spanning more than 2,000 sites, including service-provider contracts, a US$40M CAPEX/OPEX budget, and business continuity and disaster recovery. Replacing satellite links with fiber and deploying GPON and FWA reduced OPEX by up to 60% in selected infrastructure components.
My work has also included directing infrastructure programs and portfolios across the Americas, establishing PMO governance, and advising organizations on operating models, process automation and AI initiatives. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and a Certified ScrumMaster certification.
