I’m a result-oriented professional with over five years’ experience across forensic audit, process review, and customer service. I focus on analyzing operational processes, spotting irregularities, and supporting improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.

I’m known for strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and delivering accurate results within required timelines. As a quick learner, I adapt easily to new systems and environments while maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and operational integrity.

In my banking experience, I worked at GCB Bank Ltd as a Personal Banker, supporting account opening and customer service operations (08/2017–08/2018). I also served in an advisory/portfolio-related capacity as an Investment Portfolio Advisory Officer, building a foundation in banking and finance.

Most recently, I’ve combined customer operations with analytics and audit support. I’ve worked as a Call Center Agent and Audit Assist—using process review, data entry, and validation—then moved into a Supervisor role with customer service leadership, supported by tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Dropbox.
