What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine front-desk wellness coordination, Excel/CRM support, and compassionate customer service to help teams run smoothly, strengthen client relationships, and grow with a mission-driven organization.

I’m a Dynamic, proactive, and committed professional who cultivates exceptional experiences through compassionate customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. In my current role as a Wellness Coordinator, I focus on front-desk leadership that supports both patients and providers.

At The Joint Chiropractic, I oversee scheduling and phone and email communications, manage patient intake, and handle payment processing. I also ensure required resources are available by managing clinical supply inventory and orders, while supporting management doctors with administrative tasks.

As Co-Founder of AstroloTea Herbal Blends, I combine CRM management and data entry with social media management, marketing and sales, and graphic design and marketing support. I’ve helped develop herbal tea blends based on holistic principles, establish brand identity, and grow customer relationships through online sales and direct-to-consumer local vendor events.

In food and beverage roles, I strengthened my recipe development and customer relationship skills while contributing to innovation—like spearheading the shift to a membership-based model. I bring experience in clerical work, regular use of excel, and detail-focused inventory and packaging tasks, backed by certifications including Specialty Barista (Intermediate Level) and Family Herbalist.
