What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote position with a U.S.-based or international company where I can apply my experience in customer service, sales, English communication, and remote work while continuing to develop my skills in technology and software development.

At LIONS PRE-OWNED, I provided remote sales and customer support to customers in the United States, communicating with them entirely in English.

I assisted customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process by answering questions, sharing information, and helping them make purchasing decisions.

At VILLAGE PARAÍSO TROPICAL, I progressed from Front Desk Receptionist to Front Desk Supervisor. I served Brazilian and international guests, handled reservations and guest requests, and resolved complaints.

I'm currently pursuing an undergraduate program in Computer Science / Software Development at Universidade Veiga de Almeida and completing Mate Academy's Full Stack Developer Program.
