My career has been built around customer service, communication, business operations, and problem-solving. I began working in call centers and customer outreach, where I gained extensive experience communicating with customers by phone, handling different personalities, explaining information clearly, and representing businesses and nonprofit organizations professionally.

I later became a business owner and spent approximately ten years owning and operating multiple businesses, including restaurants and retail operations. As an owner, I was involved in nearly every aspect of daily operations, including customer service, employee supervision and training, scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, administrative work, and resolving problems as they arose. Running businesses taught me to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, make decisions under pressure, and take responsibility for seeing a problem through to resolution.

I am now focused on building the next stage of my career in remote work. My strongest areas are customer service, front desk and administrative support, telephone communication, scheduling, organization, and problem-solving. I am a native English speaker and a U.S. citizen currently living in Brazil, and I am comfortable working with U.S.-based customers and teams.

I am also very interested in technology, particularly artificial intelligence and IT. I use technology extensively in my daily life and enjoy learning new systems and finding more efficient ways to accomplish tasks. While my professional background is primarily in customer service and business operations rather than technology, I would especially welcome an entry-level opportunity that allows me to bring my existing skills into an AI or IT environment and continue developing technically.

I am comfortable learning new software and have experience with tools including Weave, Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, video conferencing and communication platforms, cloud-based file management, scheduling systems, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.

I am particularly interested in remote positions where reliability, communication, organization, initiative, and good judgment are valued. I am open to customer service, front desk, administrative support, operations, virtual assistant, and similar roles, as well as entry-level opportunities in AI or IT where training and professional growth are available.
