At VIPR.ai, I managed inbound calls and Zendesk tickets, documented interactions, tracked case progress, and coordinated communication between customers and law enforcement officers when needed.

At InShape Health Clubs, I combined front desk customer service with HR support, including onboarding, scheduling, employee documentation, and personnel record maintenance. I’m comfortable balancing phone, email, administrative, and in-person responsibilities in fast-paced operations.

I bring a Kinesiology bachelor’s degree along with strong documentation, issue resolution, CRM, and remote-work skills. I’m focused on making customer interactions accurate, timely, and positive.
