At Raster, I co-built an AI-native quantitative platform serving more than 20,000 daily active users. I lead remote operations across hiring, budgets, vendors, delivery planning, SOPs, performance management and KPI reporting.
I've embedded Codex, MCP-connected workflows and leading AI models into internal applications, research pipelines, reporting systems and image, video and content workflows. Working with engineers on AI portfolio-intelligence systems, I redesigned workflows to reduce operating costs by approximately 80% and improve efficiency by up to 600% in selected functions.
I also evaluate written, visual and multimodal AI outputs for Mercor, assessing reasoning, accuracy, instruction adherence, clarity, composition and aesthetics. As a visiting lecturer at Malta Leadership Institute, I translate blockchain and digital assets into practical commercial, governance and operational applications.
My background includes senior urban planning, environmental planning and hands-on property development. I've managed planning reports, regulatory coordination, impact assessments, budgets, BOQs, procurement, contractor delivery and renovation projects from feasibility through sale or rental readiness.
