What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build AI-native enterprise products and developer platforms, lead customer discovery end-to-end, and partner closely with engineering to turn technical workflow needs into strategy, roadmap, and measurable adoption.

I’m a Technical Product Leader with 8+ years in Product Management and 11+ years in software engineering, plus an earlier career as a Chartered Tax Adviser. I bring a mix of commercial thinking, analytical rigour and technical depth, working closely with enterprise customers, engineers, solution architects and executive stakeholders to uncover complex business problems and turn them into scalable product strategy.

Most recently, I’ve owned multiple product areas spanning document processing, workflow automation and AI-powered capabilities, acting as the Voice of the Customer to translate enterprise needs into roadmap priorities. I’ve supported technical sales engagements, joined enterprise customer calls to guide implementation approaches, and helped deliver capabilities like OCR, document conversion, workflow automation, PDF accessibility, and integrations with Microsoft Power Platform, Make, Salesforce, ServiceNow and HubSpot—especially in highly regulated environments. Earlier in my career, I grew product lines from early-stage startup through launch and operations, and led large-scale digital transformation efforts across departments.
