In my current role as a Night Crew Clerk, I keep operations running smoothly by stocking and organizing assigned shelves and maintaining an efficient back-room flow. I’m comfortable working on structured schedules and staying high-performing in environments that demand consistency.

As a Student Worker & Networking Assistant at the St. Norbert College IT Help Desk, I provided rapid-response technical support for students, faculty, and staff—diagnosing and resolving both software and hardware issues. I also handled physical network infrastructure tasks including installing switches and wireless access points, managing network cabling, and maintaining digital and printed asset maps and physical inventory with AssetSonar and Google Sheets.

Previously, as a Community Constituent Liaison for NYS Senator James Sanders Jr., I served as a primary point of contact for constituents, navigating state-level jurisdiction to resolve complex inquiries. I founded the Senator’s Council of Youth to facilitate monthly dialogues between district youth and legislative staff, and I supported communications through delivering public announcements and collaborating on the district newsletter.
