What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT Help Desk role where I can troubleshoot user issues, manage tickets, and de-escalate conflicts—while learning fast, documenting clearly, and improving support processes for real users.

I’m an aspiring IT Technician and Help Desk professional, with experience supporting large user communities and resolving user issues under pressure. I’m drawn to roles where I can troubleshoot problems quickly, keep operations stable, and improve the support experience for everyone.

In my recent work as a Remote Social Media Community Manager, I served as a primary point of contact for a digital community with over 1.3 million daily active users. I acted as Tier 1 support, managed technical and social infrastructure in Discord, handled escalated disputes, and addressed platform-specific issues to maintain uptime and trust.

I also strengthened my operational approach by analyzing engagement metrics and user feedback to identify pain points and implement procedural improvements. I collaborated with remote teams to ensure consistent policy enforcement and user retention.

Alongside hands-on support experience, I have foundational Computer Science education and practical skills with GitHub, Discord, Microsoft Office, and computer troubleshooting. I’m eager to apply rapid learning and technical aptitude to support IT operations, including system and network troubleshooting and cybersecurity-focused thinking.
