What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver fast, friendly customer support, support executives with strong scheduling and documentation, and help keep day-to-day operations smooth—especially in a tech-enabled environment using CRM tools.

I’m a resourceful customer care, administrative professional and engineer with strong experience supporting executives and managing customer communication. I handle enquiries and resolve issues quickly while keeping interactions friendly and professional across phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms.

In my recent role, I worked as a Customer service representative for ASAP tickets, receiving customer calls for enquiries and dispute resolutions. I helped customers choose the best product/service options, booked flights and planned packages, and followed up on previous itineraries to closure.

Previously, I served as an Executive Virtual assistant for CHIUMBIK Contractors’, managing daily schedules, meetings, and communications. I responded to client emails and enquiries with timely follow-ups, prepared reports and documentation for operations, and ensured smooth communication between departments.

Earlier, I worked as a Production supervisor at COSCHARIS Farms LTD, ensuring proper production floor operations and maintaining production quality on SOP. I focused on positive yield generation, created shift schedules for workers, and delivered detailed reporting on yield and surplus.
