What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can own the customer lifecycle, drive onboarding and end-to-end issue resolution, and coordinate cross-functional teams—while continuously improving SOPs and response times for global enterprise clients.

I’m a client-focused technology professional with nearly 8 years of experience in enterprise customer support, onboarding, and end-to-end issue resolution. I’ve served as the primary customer contact, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to address complex issues and build long-term client relationships.
