At Parklane Group, I direct HR across REIP Global, Parklane Materials, and E7 Synergy, partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, hiring, compliance, payroll, and culture. I built REIP Global’s HR function from the ground up and hired and onboarded 120 staff within its first year.

Previously at YLabs, I led global HR strategy and operations, integrated BambooHR to improve recruitment turnaround by 30%, and managed employee benefits, professional development, recruitment, internship programs, and employee welfare initiatives. I also use AI productivity tools and automation to reduce routine administration and create capacity for higher-value people work.

My experience includes building HR infrastructure for RwandaEQUIP’s expansion to 500 schools, developing performance and training systems, and supporting operations at Inkomoko. I’m focused on practical, data-driven people processes that help organizations grow while delivering a strong employee experience.
