I’m looking for an Administrative Assistant or Front Office role where I can support daily operations, manage accurate records and schedules, and deliver responsive customer service in a professional, multicultural team—open to relocation to Turkey and starting immediately.

I’m a dedicated administrative and customer service professional with over 5 years of experience supporting operations, customer relations, record management, and stakeholder engagement across aviation and financial services. I help keep day-to-day work moving smoothly by coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent service under pressure.

In my most recent role as an Operations & Administrative Support Officer, I provided administrative and operational support in a busy airport environment. I managed documentation, records, and reports with accuracy and compliance, coordinated communication between departments and external stakeholders, and assisted visitors, customers, and partners with information and service requests. I also supported scheduling and logistics coordination, maintained organized filing systems, and improved the efficiency and accuracy of administrative reporting processes.

Before that, as a Customer Service & Operations Officer, I served as the first point of contact for customers and members. I responded to inquiries and resolved concerns professionally, processed transactions while maintaining customer records, and supported administrative duties, reporting, and documentation—ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times. I’m known for strong organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, and I’m seeking an Administrative Assistant, Front Office, Customer Service, or Office Administrator position in Turkey.
