I am a customer service and administrative professional with over 3 years' experience in airport operations and office support.

In my current role as a Passenger Service Agent at Swissport Kenya I verify travel documents, execute check-in and gate operations, manage baggage compliance, and coordinate communications during flight irregularities.

I have a track record of managing daily operations for multiple flights, improving gate efficiency and receiving positive passenger feedback for professionalism and service quality. Previously, I strengthened office administration by introducing an improved filing system and ensuring smooth internal coordination.

I hold a Diploma in Business Administration and a Computer Packages Certification, and I bring strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills. I am committed to delivering safe, efficient passenger services and continuous operational improvements.
