I’m seeking a remote-first role where strategic process work and operational continuity take precedence over reactive firefighting, with the opportunity to systematise service management, prevent repeat incidents, and improve reliability through structured governance.

I’m an IT operations leader with 10+ years directing IT functions across high-availability, high-stakes environments. I build self-sufficient teams, systematise chaotic processes, and improve service reliability through structured ITIL-aligned governance.

In incident and problem management, I own the service management lifecycle end-to-end—from alert triage to post-incident review and process improvement. At SPRIBE, I reduced alert noise and escalation overhead by redesigning monitoring thresholds and on-call runbooks, and I lead multi-week root cause investigations across DevOps, development, and senior leadership.

I also strengthen teams through operational standardisation: I produce structured Post-Incident Reviews adopted as the team standard to improve knowledge retention and reduce repeat incident rates. During critical incidents, I serve as the primary communication bridge between engineering and business stakeholders, keeping clarity and confidence under pressure.
