I'm looking to lead business or logistics operations where I can optimize workflows, strengthen inventory and service performance, develop teams, and use operational data to deliver scalable improvements.

At Onex Georgia, I lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, customs processing, and parcel distribution operations. I improved delivery mapping to raise daily delivery rates to 96% while reducing courier delays and improving customer service deliverables.

I develop operational policies, trade process standards, inventory controls, and performance-based compensation systems that reduced employee turnover by 40–50%. I provide operational reporting to founders and partners while improving warehouse efficiency, service delivery, and team effectiveness.
