I’m looking for a role where I can lead complex AI & digital transformations, own end-to-end delivery (scope, budget, risks), and coach Agile teams to improve execution—partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable data platforms and GenAI-enabled products.

I’m a Senior IT Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience leading complex digital, AI-driven, and enterprise transformation initiatives across Life Sciences, FinTech, Banking, and Public Sector. I deliver 20+ projects while managing cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers and programmes with budgets up to $1M+.

My focus is end-to-end delivery—scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication—across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments. I’ve led data platform and AI-driven solutions, including LLM-based initiatives and Databricks, while collaborating with global stakeholders at organisations such as AstraZeneca, AS Watson, UNICEF, and Trinseo.

In parallel, I work as an Agile coach, trainer, and mentor, supporting 200+ professionals in building delivery and Agile capabilities. I enjoy coaching teams, improving delivery processes, and aligning execution with business goals—especially when programmes require scalable, high-quality outcomes.
