I’m a technical operations and support leader with 5+ years of experience in monitoring, incident management, technical support, and operational excellence. I’m currently Team Lead of 12+ NOC and Monitoring Engineers at Setanta Sports, where we support business-critical services 24/7.
Together with the Head of Monitoring & Incident Management, I helped build the department from zero—defining operational processes, escalation paths, shift operations, monitoring standards, and incident management procedures. I focus on turning chaos into repeatable workflows so teams can respond faster and more consistently.
I’ve implemented bots and automation for alert processing, issue routing, service checks, and operational efficiency improvements. I manage major incidents and coordinate Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support teams, while supporting large-scale gaming products including Aviator distributed to 500+ casino operators globally.
Previously, I strengthened my technical depth through enterprise application and production support roles, including API troubleshooting, SQL diagnostics, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
