I’m looking for a cross-functional technical operations role where I can own BSS/OSS and SaaS integrations, automate workflows with AI, run Scrum/Agile delivery, and rescue high-impact projects with measurable business results.

I’m a technical and operational consultant with over 20 years of experience spanning Telecommunications, Supply Chain, and Software Development. My combined expertise as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and Technical Consultant helps me bridge business process design with technical execution across industries.

I embed in cross-functional teams to rescue projects from financial ruin and operational collapse, then translate priorities into measurable business outcomes. I’ve driven data-driven decision making, process automation, and AI-augmented workflows to optimize delivery and turn complex systems into reliable operations.

In recent roles, I’ve led integration teams and owned technical product requirements across BSS system design, activation portals, and digital sales channel integrations.
