I’m looking for a role where I can lead strategic operations and transformation delivery—building governance, execution frameworks, and operating models with senior leaders. I want measurable outcomes, strong cross-functional collaboration, and room to push beyond perceived limits.

I’m a Strategic Operations & Execution Lead with 7+ years driving large-scale transformation across financial services, defence, and global technology. I restore delivery performance by aligning senior leadership, tightening governance, and building execution frameworks that hold up at scale.

At TBC Bank, I support transformation across technology and business operations with a focus on delivery governance, leadership alignment, and execution discipline. I identified critical delivery risks during a loan decisioning internalisation programme, escalated to senior leadership, and realigned roadmap and resources to restore delivery timelines. I also delivered interbank transfers capability within three months, and coached 10+ middle management and tribe leadership teams to stabilise delivery metrics and shorten cycle times.

I designed and launched an organisation-wide cultural transformation programme across 42 teams (~400 employees) using gamified missions and “Fail Talk” sessions with C-level executives. Through these efforts, I strengthened engagement and created practical channels for transparency and faster learning inside delivery units.

My work spans executive education and consulting as well: I lecturer and programme lead executive-level Agile leadership programmes, and I co-founded a transformation consultancy focused on operating model design and delivery governance. I’m currently pursuing an Executive Diploma in Financial Strategy at Oxford (Saïd Business School), bringing a stronger finance lens to value creation and execution decisions.
