What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support role where I can troubleshoot endpoint, network, and access issues, resolve tickets, document solutions, and grow my Windows, Linux, networking, and cybersecurity skills.

I've supported monitored enterprise infrastructure at TechD CyberSecurity Ltd., diagnosing connectivity, performance, and access issues while documenting remediation and escalating incidents when needed.

I monitor network and security events with Splunk and Wazuh, flag anomalies that affect end-user connectivity and system availability, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize service disruption.

I've built a Windows Server Active Directory domain for a simulated 20-user environment, configuring OUs, security groups, GPOs, account provisioning, and password policies. I also created a VLAN and DHCP network in Cisco Packet Tracer and documented troubleshooting workflows for support staff.

Alongside IT support, I built Seguro, a zero-knowledge encrypted vault using React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Web Crypto API. I'm a Computer Science (Cybersecurity) graduate focused on IT Support, Helpdesk, and Desktop Support opportunities.
