I've deployed LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure across four venue halls for 100+ simultaneous devices and resolved 20+ live incidents with zero event downtime.

Through my home lab, I've configured Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, RDP-connected virtual machines, and osTicket workflows for end-to-end ticket triage, escalation, SLA tracking, and closure documentation.
