I’m looking for a role where I can combine IT support excellence with SOC-style monitoring and incident response—working with modern SIEM workflows, improving uptime and security, and growing into deeper cybersecurity responsibilities.

I’m an IT Support Specialist with 8+ years of experience in technical support, system troubleshooting, and network support. I’m skilled in Windows and Linux, Active Directory, and end-user support—delivering onsite and remote assistance to keep systems available and performing well.

As a SOC Analyst (L1), I monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools, perform initial triage and analysis, and investigate suspicious activity across endpoints, servers, firewalls, and network devices. I document findings and response actions in ticketing systems, validate true/false positives, and support incident response and escalation procedures.

Earlier, I worked as an IT Engineer supporting enterprise infrastructure, including Cisco routers/switches and services like DNS and DHCP, along with FortiGate firewall monitoring and troubleshooting.
