What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT Support or Service Desk role where I can support users, troubleshoot Windows and Office 365 issues, manage Active Directory tasks, and grow my technical support skills.

I've built hands-on IT support capability through IT Infrastructure & Technical Support training at Red Team Hackers Academy, covering Windows/Linux administration, Office 365, Active Directory, networking, VPNs, and desktop troubleshooting.

In enterprise IT support and desktop troubleshooting labs, I've configured Windows and Outlook, resolved hardware and software issues, provided remote support, and handled tickets. I've also administered Active Directory user accounts, security groups, permissions, password resets, account unlocks, and onboarding.

I'm a BCA graduate seeking an entry-level IT Support or Service Desk role where I can apply customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
