I am an engineering graduate specializing in Information Technology with hands-on experience in IT operations and security operations center (SOC) workflows. I bring practical experience monitoring infrastructure, triaging incidents, and using Microsoft security tools to improve detection and response.

In my current role as Executive - IT Operations, I monitor infrastructure with Zabbix, manage tickets, perform system health checks, and support data center and change-management activities to maintain high availability and uptime. I emphasize clear client communication and documentation to build a robust operational knowledge base.

As a SOC analyst intern, I trained extensively on Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Entra ID protections, and Microsoft Sentinel, progressing to handling live incidents under senior supervision and contributing to reduced resolution times.

I complement technical skills with strong interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset. I am eager to contribute to a security-focused or operations team where I can continue strengthening detection, response, and cloud security capabilities.
