What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support senior leaders and lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives involving executive operations, project delivery, organizational effectiveness, and practical AI adoption.

At Rocket Mortgage, I support senior Product Engineering leaders through executive operations, strategic communications, business reviews, organizational planning, and cross-functional initiatives.

I created the Secondary Markets AI Sprint Lab and organization-wide AI Challenge programs to help employees experiment with emerging AI tools and develop practical business solutions. I also lead leadership offsites, engagement events, quarterly planning, executive presentations, dashboards, and reporting that support decision-making.

Previously, I managed cross-functional projects at Rocket Mortgage and led culture, internship, and talent-development initiatives at Amrock. I bring project governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and operational follow-through to complex organizational priorities.
