I own full-cycle hiring across healthcare, clinical, security, operations, leadership, education, and food-service roles while supporting growth from a 40-bed operation toward 120 beds.

At Job Impulse, I managed recruiting for production, engineering, plant leadership, corporate, and professional positions, including difficult-to-fill roles. I've built pipelines through sourcing, screening, interviewing, client consultation, and placement while improving candidate and client experience.

I've also led high-volume recruiting for Spartan Motors, EG Workforce Solutions, and Adecco Staffing, managing up to 150 open requisitions and supporting industrial, manufacturing, engineering, clerical, and professional hiring. My work includes ATS implementation, workflow optimization, job fairs, payroll and benefits support, and recruiting process documentation.
