I’m looking for a role where I can lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting, streamline workflows, and use recruiting data to reduce time-to-fill—while delivering an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience in a high-growth organization.

I’m a Talent Acquisition & onboarding partner who manages full-cycle recruitment, drives high-volume hiring, and improves the candidate journey through process refinement and cross-functional collaboration. In my current role, I manage recruiting for 17+ positions and conduct 60–66 candidate interviews monthly, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and accelerate hiring decisions.

Previously, at NATIONAL DEBT RELIEF, I supported high-volume recruiting across 10 states, conducting 80–88 candidate interviews monthly and generating 60–100 offer letters monthly. I maintained recruiting data integrity across iCIMS, Salesforce, onboarding platforms, and HR systems, developed recruiting SOPs and workflows, and implemented process improvements that enhanced hiring speed and helped achieve time-to-fill metrics of 30 days or less.
