I’m an independent, detail-oriented professional based in Nigeria, with hands-on experience managing business operations, customer inquiries, and order fulfillment remotely. I combine customer-first service with practical workflow improvement to keep operations reliable and responsive.

In my current role as Fragrance Business Owner / Manager (2023–Present), I independently run daily operations and handle order management end to end. I develop systems that improve workflow, organization, and customer retention while coordinating deliveries with accurate order tracking.

One of my standout outcomes has been growing a social media presence from 0 to 1,300 followers in 3 weeks, strengthening brand visibility. I also create and manage social media content to engage customers and build brand identity through storytelling.

Previously, as Boutique Manager (2017–2020) in Lagos, Nigeria, I supervised and trained 4 sales representatives to improve team efficiency. I managed inventory with no losses at resignation, maintained 50+ returning customers, and handled inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
